At least once in our lives, each of us has sought a wise phrase to convey to someone, as a sign of affection or to brighten their spirits in a challenging moment, to be posted on various social media platforms as a display of our „wisdom,” or to find the „right inspiration” to help us face any difficulty.

An aphorism can be used as a personal tool for self-motivation. To stay motivated, you need to have a positive attitude.

„Learn to love people, even those who disappoint you. God sent them your way for a reason, for you to learn a lesson!”

Some aphorisms invite you to explore your inner life and personality as a precious asset, perhaps the most important one in our existence. They can be used as inspiration or as a means to reflect on your own goals and life philosophy.

„History and religion are explored from the spark of curiosity ignited by a teacher, a movie, or a book.”

„Questions for later” is a book that will „ignite the spark of curiosity.” I am certain of this because Mihaela CD has the right aphorisms for every situation we experience and addresses a multitude of themes: the joy of living, the importance of a certain social status, inner peace. Some aphorisms convey positive messages, while others are pessimistic. Some invite you to live life lightly, while others advise you to savor each moment. However, each one reinforces an idea and expresses an aspect of creativity, a point of view that tries to capture a nuance of something that seems elusive, even though it has always been before our eyes.

Does intelligence matter more than having a good character, or vice versa?

„It’s no use having intelligence if you don’t have a good character. In life, a person’s character matters more than their intelligence!”

„Not all trees bear fruit. Some are merely ornamental, and others only provide shade, but they all produce oxygen!”

„Cunning is painted in shades of intelligence, but once the color is washed away, only stupidity remains.”

„No matter how intelligent and courageous you are, you can’t save the planet on your own.”

„Not every tree bent by the wind will become firewood!”

„The heart of the ocean beats with the same intensity even as the years pass. The ocean’s waves go out to sea, but they always return to the shore!”

Certainly, readers will find the right aphorism, use it at the right moment, and follow the author’s encouragement:

„Invest in joys for the soul, not in material goods, as once acquired, they no longer bring you happiness.”

Mihaela CD’s aphorisms are about the opinions each individual forms about themselves and others, as well as about everything that is or isn’t devoid of absolute certainty.

Prediction means making hypotheses and assumptions based on available data about what might happen in the future. It assumes that the future is governed (more or less consciously) by people, by consequences (not always evident) of previous acts or events, by chance.

Mihaela CD anticipates future questions, knowing that a question asked today will be asked again tomorrow. That’s why she has gathered many „questions” in one book. Someone who manages to preserve questions for later must have an open mind. Mihaela CD knows how to deal with uncertainty, is capable of examining issues from multiple perspectives, has no preconceptions, is ready to change her mind, and avoid the mental traps (prejudices) that can mislead even the most astute people.

According to the words of some scientists, „the future has the power to change the present.” Mihaela CD wants to influence the present through questions that will also be asked in the future? „Ask yourself now for later. Your future is in your hands!”

The author encourages us to be curious: „Curiosity is an integral part of discovery!” She advises us to have a well-directed gaze because…

„A well-directed gaze can penetrate the most hidden corners.” What must we do to find „the most beautiful songs”? We must „listen to the murmur of the wind.”

If we don’t want to get bored, we must „have the interest to discover new things.”

„The result of curiosity sometimes exceeds the limits of imagination.” When we learn to recognize suffering, when we succeed in embracing it and understanding it, we will suffer much less. Not only that, but we will even be able to move forward and transform suffering into understanding, compassion, and joy, for ourselves and for others.

„For some questions, you will only find the answers after going through the storms of life.” What does happiness mean? What form does happiness take? Happiness is different for each of us. How do you manage to touch an emotion, a fear, a desire, or a color? Happiness in its most complete form is not an experience determined by external conditions of the individual, but by a set of subjective experiences that resemble a feeling of peace and freedom. The state of happiness is linked to the experience of loving life as a whole, just as it is, without conditions. It is a form of active acceptance of things, expressing the ability to enjoy everything you have and everything that exists around you. Observing and consciously experiencing each moment can lead us to be grateful for what we are allowed to do today and make us realize that happiness lies not only in the end goal but in the path we follow to reach it. „Happiness has the shape of your heart.” „Every key you touch moves a string of the soul.”

„Kindness comes from the heart, and politeness from education. If you have both, you are a happy person!”

„Discover the spring in your soul!” We will not be able to live a full life… without ambitions that are constantly renewed and that lead us to fulfill our desires. By positively assessing our abilities, we will be able to set higher but achievable goals within our reach. Achieving these goals increases our perception of self-efficacy and self-esteem. Self-efficacy predisposes us to view ourselves and the world in certain ways, and if we have high self-efficacy, we will consider ourselves competent and capable. „When you truly want to fly, your wings grow!” Is there such a thing as luck? Each of us has asked this question at least once in our life. To find an answer, we must sharpen our senses and listen to the deep voice of our own instinct. Does having an open attitude towards new experiences and striving to be extroverted make you „lucky”? Those who feel blessed with luck have an ability: they are capable of trusting that things will turn out well. Mihaela CD feels blessed with luck and wants us to feel that way too. „The lazy and envious will always say of the person who has achieved success that they were lucky and of themselves that they are unlucky.”

„Luck rarely comes by chance. In general… it is called ambition, tenacity, and perseverance!”

„To meet luck, take advantage of all the opportunities that come your way!”

We all travel towards the future. Since ancient times, humans have always tried to establish reference points, move easily, and understand which direction to follow. We need clear signals when embarking on new and unknown destinations.

The roads we can choose from are endless, but some can make us enjoy the journey more, while others less. Many times we spend our lives convincing ourselves that we are good drivers and are following the right path to reach our final destination, but in reality, we do not notice that we are on the wrong path and are ‘breaking’ several rules. Mihaela CD’s aphorisms are ‘traffic signs’ that can influence to a greater or lesser extent the safety of our journey towards the future. Their role is to ‘communicate’ the rules, dangers, and travel instructions on the roads of life.

„Every day is unique and irreversible! Live it to the fullest!” „Often those who cannot fly want to clip your wings. Don’t let anyone clip your wings!”

„Even if it’s raining, don’t postpone your plans. Don’t let rain ruin your project. Think positively! Rain is a sign of abundance, of success!”

Some of Mihaela CD’s aphorisms stimulate reflection on work and help us focus on what is truly important to achieve our goals and be successful.

Transmitting a love for life is possible if you truly love it, appreciate it unconditionally, and are not ready to ‘gossip’ when you encounter difficulties. Mihaela CD conveys love with serenity and wisdom because she appreciates life and has an eye for its beauty.

„To love with all one’s being means to breathe for the other.” „The hearts of lovers dance among the stars.”

Believing in yourself and your abilities is essential to face life’s challenges. To always be focused, it is good to remember what goal you want to achieve, what steps you want to take to achieve the results you dream of. Many of Mihaela CD’s aphorisms are motivational phrases that encourage you to have more confidence in yourself and find the right strength to face life’s trials.

„Dreams tell a lot about us. Among other things, they tell us how much confidence we have in ourselves.” „The clock doesn’t stop just because you feel like crying. It keeps ticking no matter what. Time doesn’t care!”

Everything has its moment, and every moment has its opportunity, if it must be, it will be! Sometimes good things happen without any particular motivation, other times they happen because it’s the right moment, but most importantly, because we ourselves favored them to be able to reap the rewards of our efforts in time.

„The perfect moment doesn’t exist, no matter how much you search for it, but there is the opportune moment, which is now!” „Every time has its place in a person’s life. Live each time at the right moment!”

„The ideal moment for your dream is now! Why? Because the only real moment is now, the rest is just a promise.”

When you impart words of wisdom or knowledge to someone, it should be because you sincerely love them, from the heart. Mihaela CD sincerely loves her neighbor and wants what is best for them.

„You can’t control the waves, but you can learn to navigate!” „People passionate about their work never look at the clock and don’t work on a fixed schedule.”

 „You were born to be a winner, make plans and prepare to win, visualize success, believe in yourself!”

„Fill your heart with happiness and carry it with you wherever you go!”

Only by knowing the past and imagining new ‘scripts’ for the future can we promote growth opportunities for future generations.

„The generation of tomorrow is the one that will bring color to the world; let’s put brushes in their hands and encourage them to paint big dreams.”

To build the future, you need to know where you want to go, and above all… you need to know that in life, there are failures, and these are part of the journey towards the future. You must make your own decisions and have the courage to change a decision when you realize that things are not going as you would like.

Living in the present means living well, in harmony with everything that surrounds us. Mihaela CD knows that only in the present can we fully perceive ourselves and implement emotional, mental, and physical transformations. If we live the moment with intensity and awareness, the quality of life will improve, and we will experience greater well-being and happiness.

Unfortunately, we are not accustomed to paying attention to the present, and most of the time, we easily miss precious moments.

Many ‘questions for later’ have been written to tell us to pay more attention to the little things in life, to guide us in self-awareness, and to show us the importance of time. From the author’s point of view, the time you truly waste is the time that leaves you with nothing in return!

„Don’t forget! To have a tomorrow, we must act today!”

„Even if life is not always rosy, you were given the chance to color it! Take advantage!

 Project „6 Books for Romanian Libraries”

The implementation of the „6 Books for Romania – 2023” project has begun. As announced at the end of last year, it involves the creation of 6 new books by writer Mihaela CD and her collaborators from Globart Universum Publishing in Montreal. The aim of the project is to donate a significant number of books to libraries in Romania. As we previously mentioned, the demand is very high, but libraries lack the necessary funds. That is why we have appealed to your help and support.
